    Ammonium Nitrate (AN)

    MEXIS mostly provides 2 (two) type of AN, namely:
    • AN Porous Prill for ANFO. The prills are uniform in size and readily absorb fuel oil, ensuring effective mixing with other blasting agent ingredient. This product is non-explosive. The AN packaging is tailored-made and set from 25kg/bag, 40kg/bag and 1000kg/bag.
    • AN Chemical Pure for Emulsion. This product is a main material by mixing with fuel, water and other chemical one.

    Detonator

    Various detonators with various variation of delay from Electric, Non Electric and then Electronic Digital Detonator (EDD).
    This various variation of delay is provided into single tube and high strength tube detonator.
    Seismic Detonator is also available adapted to Oil & Gas requirement.

    Booster

    The product range for booster varies from 150gr, 400gr, 500gr and 600gr. These range of boosters are high density, high detonation pressure cast explosive boosters.

    Packaged Emulsion

    The packaged emulsion containing about 10% of water and sensitized with physical sensitizer. Its explosive phase is made sufficiently hard using MEXIS own emulsifier and emulsifying technology so as to easily used and handled, and it is highly water-resistant and freeze-resistant.
    The packaged emulsion is packaged in plastic film cartridge and available in 500gr.

    Bulk Emulsion

    This Bulk Emulsion is either manufactured on the site using MMU (Mobile Mixing Unit) or imported ready-used material equipped by flexible tank.
